Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns if it was a mistake on the customers behalf. It is up to the customer to provide us with the correct information (e.g., spelling, grammar…), however, if we believe there is a mistake we will contact the customer and verify before going to print. If j.w. Daigler Co. is responsible for an error or misprint we will reprint your order at no charge and we will ship it to you as soon as possible.
